Bangkok is well known as a great place for a vacation, which naturally includes some good shopping areas. However, it is also a great place for aircraft museums, as well as aircraft that can be found in unlikely places around the city. The largest museum is the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) Museum at the old Don Muang Airport, but there are also two other smaller ones, the Royal Thai Police Museum, including its Air Wing, and the small collection at the National Science Centre.

These two museums were featured in the 4th Quarter 2007 issue of LOGBOOK.
